Jeffery A. Williams, D.Min., MPA, is the Founder and Chief Empowerment Strategist of The Williams Empowerment Group LLC, whose sole mission is to help others achieve their dreams. Having coached 1500+ students through multiple coaching programs, live presentations, and interactive webinars, Dr. Williams has earned the reputation of “The Chief Empowerment Officer.” A dynamic catalyst to corporations, non-profits organizations, and entrepreneurs, Dr. Williams takes his years of experience, education, and insatiable desire to see others “win” and shows them how to change the trajectory of their life and business to historic levels.
Dr. Williams has an earned Doctorate from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary (Urban Complex Settings), a Master’s in Public Administration from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, and a Bachelors degree from Brown University in Social Environmental Analysis. He and his wife Lelani live in Rhode Island and have two young adult daughters, Joy Victoria and Grace Noelle.
In addition to being a sought-out advisor to members of government, Dr. Williams has been a regular chapel speaker for both the National Football League and Major League Soccer (2005-12, 2014), Dr. Williams is a trained mediator and has published six books, “Knowing Why: The Key That Unlocks Your Full Potential” with a workbook journal, (which is used as a textbook at the Community College of Rhode Island, and the ebook “Resurge: From Disorder to Divine Order in 7 Steps; The Morning Decree Devotionals Journal - Four Volumes. “Knowing Your WHY" is used as a textbook at the Community College of Rhode Island.
With a strong desire to educate and elevate members of the community at large, the Dr. Williams has dedicated his life as a both a spiritual guide and social change advocate. His work as a faith leader began with a nine-person congregation and has since grown to include several hundred members. Internationally, Dr. Williams is the founder and General Overseer of The Global Ambassadors Leadership Network and oversees 60 congregations in twelve nations, including local churches and ministries.
Through both his teachings and his actions, Dr. Williams strives always to lead by example, helping others understand the connection between principle and practice. In 1999, he founded the Cathedral of Life Christian Assembly, renamed The King’s Cathedral. He is the founder of “The Well-Life Project,” a funding arm with a mission to create 12 fresh water wells in Zambia, Africa. In 2016, Dr. Williams was consecrated a Bishop in the Covenant Fellowship Alliance for the New England Region, with additional responsibilities in Africa, the Caribbean and Southeast Asia. And under Dr. William’s leadership, the organization has compassionately distributed over nearly 250 tons of food, tens-of-thousands of articles of clothing, household goods, beds, toys and furniture to those in need.
